These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MENTOR, including the website, the VS Code extension, and the related backend services operated for code-explanation workflows.
이 이용약관은 코드 설명 기능을 위해 운영되는 MENTOR 웹사이트, VS Code 확장, 관련 백엔드 서비스에 대한 접근과 사용을 규율합니다.
이용 자격과 서비스 범위
MENTOR currently supports only approved accounts and currently supports workflows based on public repositories. Access may depend on separate approval, account state, and remaining usage cycles.
MENTOR는 현재 승인된 계정만 사용할 수 있으며, 현재 공개 저장소 기반 워크플로만 지원합니다. 접근 가능 여부는 별도의 승인 상태, 계정 상태, 남은 사용 cycle 수에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
You may use the service only within the limits assigned to your account. Those limits may include account approval, repository restrictions, usage-cycle limits, and technical restrictions needed to keep the service stable.
사용자는 자신의 계정에 부여된 범위 안에서만 서비스를 사용할 수 있습니다. 여기에는 계정 승인, 저장소 제한, 사용 cycle 제한, 서비스 안정성을 위한 기술적 제한이 포함될 수 있습니다.
계정, 로그인, 승인
Google sign-in is used to identify the user, but product access is a separate decision. Signing in with Google does not by itself guarantee access to the VS Code extension or backend features.
Google 로그인은 사용자를 식별하기 위한 수단이며, 제품 접근 권한은 별도의 결정입니다. Google로 로그인했다고 해서 VS Code 확장이나 백엔드 기능 접근이 자동으로 보장되지는 않습니다.
The operator may approve, limit, suspend, or revoke access at any time to protect the service, enforce product policy, or respond to misuse, security issues, or operational needs.
운영자는 서비스 보호, 제품 정책 집행, 오남용 대응, 보안 이슈 대응, 운영상 필요에 따라 언제든지 접근을 승인, 제한, 중단, 철회할 수 있습니다.
허용되는 사용 범위
You must not abuse the service, overload the infrastructure, interfere with normal operation, or attempt to bypass approval checks, repository restrictions, or cycle limits.
사용자는 서비스를 오남용하거나, 인프라에 과도한 부하를 주거나, 정상 동작을 방해하거나, 승인 절차·저장소 제한·cycle 제한을 우회하려고 시도해서는 안 됩니다.
You are responsible for ensuring that the repositories and code you analyze through MENTOR are appropriate for the service and lawful for you to process.
사용자는 MENTOR를 통해 분석하는 저장소와 코드가 서비스 목적에 적합하고, 본인이 처리할 수 있는 적법한 대상인지 스스로 확인해야 합니다.
가용성, 변경, 보장 부인
The service may change over time, including supported repository workflows, authentication flows, usage limits, output formats, legal documents, and operational policies.
서비스는 시간이 지나며 지원 저장소 워크플로, 인증 방식, 사용 한도, 출력 형식, 법적 문서, 운영 정책 등이 변경될 수 있습니다.
MENTOR is provided on an as-available basis. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that generated explanations will always be complete, correct, or suitable for a particular purpose.
MENTOR는 제공 가능한 범위에서 제공됩니다. 운영자는 서비스의 무중단 가용성, 오류 없는 동작, 또는 생성된 설명이 항상 완전·정확·특정 목적에 적합하다는 점을 보장하지 않습니다.
